So, here I'll share my experience while doing the Saint Mary Way. Enjoy!

 

First, my friend, Dame, and I went together from school to the Cahaya Kasih orphanage. We left together. After that, we arrived at the Cahaya Kasih orphanage, which took us about an hour. After arriving there, we didn't start the event right away, but we waited for our friends who weren't there yet and checked our belongings. We also waited for our friends who were on their way. .

After we arrived, we immediately began our program. The first thing we did was worship together. There, we sang and listened to God's word together. We sang and worshipped together with joyful hearts and a happy heart, because a joyful heart is good medicine. Then, after we worshiped together, we played mini games, namely making puzzles and coloring. There, all the children there looked very happy and enjoyed themselves. We played together, joked together, and had fun together. 

After that, we gathered again, then we gave food and gifts that we made ourselves, There, we were very happy because the children looked very excited when they received gifts from us. when they received gifts from us, they immediately felt happy and happy, and immediately ate the food. I felt that this would be one of the most valuable experiences in my life. There I saw, everyone loved each other, and helped each other. 

After all the children received their gifts, we distributed some assistance, including basic necessities and some money. Afterward, we said goodbye to everyone there and immortalized our time there with a group photo. Then, we returned to our respective destinations. When taking photos, many of the children couldn't keep still and were noisy, but it was an unforgettable experience because it was one of the most valuable experiences in my life. 

That concludes my blog. I think this is a bit different from my previous ones. I feel like this is God's way of showing me what togetherness means. I hope this blog is helpful to all of you!
